Ordering: You can place an NFA firearm order through our website at any time or over the phone during regular Customer Service hours

NFA Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) that has a current Special Occupancy Tax (SOT) receipt.This is any gun store, pawn shop, sporting goods store, etc.that sells firearms and has paid the SOT.

Restricted/Program Brands: For some brands we carry, we participate in their Military/Law Enforcement special pricing program. By contract, we can only offer these firearms to qualifying individuals. Proof of eligibility is required (See"Orders for LE/Mil Program Firearms" below).

Shipping Address: We pull shipping address and other information directly from the FFL and their SOT. Therefore, it is not necessary to enter your dealer's address information at checkout. However, if you do already have an FFL/SOT picked out, please note their business name and city in the comments box.

Shipping Methods: Suppressors ship 2-Day air. Other NFA firearms ship ground. Select "Firearms" as your shipping method at checkout. Web orders where "Firearms" shipping is not selected at checkout will be corrected without notice.

Payment:

In Stock Items- Payment is due before outgoing ATF paperwork is filed (Order Processing Time below for details).

Backordered Stocking Items- Payment is due when item is restocked and before outgoing ATF paperwork is filed.

Special Order Items- Payment is due before special order is placed with manufacturer.

Order Processing Time:

NFA firearms require ATF approval and registration at each step in the transfer process. In-stock items require approximately 1 week for ATF approval and shipment to your FFL. Backordered and special order items require additional processing and shipping from the manufacturer and can take an additional 2-6 months (suppressors on the short end and others towards the long end depending on the manufacturer).

After you place your order and during regular business hours, Customer Service will send you an e-mail including a copy of your work order and a request for a copy of the Federal Firearms License (FFL) and their Special Occupancy Tax receipt (SOT) where you want your order shipped. You can reply with attachments to the e-mail or you can fax the information.

You can place an order through our website at any time or over the phone (910.637.0500, M-F, 0800-1700 Eastern)
After you place your order and during regular business hours, Customer Service will send you an e-mail including a copy of your work order and a request for verification of eligibility (credentials and/or affidavit) and a copy of the Federal Firearms License (FFL) and their Special Occupancy Tax receipt (SOT) where you want your order shipped.
