Return Authorization Procedure
For any item that needs to be returned please reach out to the customer service representative that processed your order, or to info@provenoutfitters.com referencing your order number. A Return Aurthorization (RA) order will be built for the item to come back to Proven Outfitters. Any orders/ products that are sent back without an RA will take additional time to process and can lead to delays in refunds. Once the product has returned to Proven Outfitters, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your cards account.
Return Policy
We will accept returns and exchanges on product that is:
- Unused and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt
- Returned within 14 days
We do not allow returns of firearms, ammunition,
or knives. Clothing may not be returned if it has been worn, washed or is missing the
manufacturer's tags.
Refund Policy
Should a refund be necessary, Proven Arms & Outfitters will refund
your purchase in the following manner:
- Credit card purchases will be refunded back to the
credit card used for the original purchase
- Check purchases will be refunded by corporate check and
mailed to the customer's home
- Cash refunds less than $100 will be paid to the customer at
the time of return. Cash refunds over $100 will be
paid by company check and mailed to the customer's home
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Mail Order Specifics
In addition to the preceding, the following apply to mail
order transactions.
- Unless due to our mistake, shipping charges are
non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of
the customer.
- If we shipped the wrong item, we will be happy to pay
the return shipping
